Welcome to The View, a magical place in which Relax is suspended in time.
It’s located in the heart of Baveno, a small village along the shores of Lake Maggiore; The View is the first Emotional Design Residence.
Born from the idea of a family of hoteliers and from the creative inspiration of the excellence of Lago Design®, The Viwe is a place created to chill out, immersed in the colors and frangrance of the Azaleas and Pitosfori, which frame a landscape that has the scent of magic.
THE APARTMENTS
In our opinion, the place is not made just by a beautiful view. The 8 apartments of the apartment complex were erected by an Italian originality and design. Kitchen, Microwaves, dishwashers, are all integrated with the spaces wisely enlighten by Artemide®️ lights, Alessi®️ complements, with a precious study on the furnishings that expertly mix wood and glass in order to create a unique and multi-purpose environments, with the utmost attention to comfort. See the apartments, all with private terrace or garden. The lightness of Design fit perfectly with the nature and reflections of the lake.

The Pool View
From the swimming pool overlooking the most beautiful corner of the Lake, you can relax enjoying the silence and the magical atmosphere that surrounds the Borromean Islands. Deckchairs, cots, showers, everything will be at your disposal to make you enjoy the time that will flow more slowly and exclusively just to make your holiday unique.
Spicies corner
It’s a small corner where our guests are able to enrich their dishes with Italian Culinary Tradition by using spices there cultivated like aromatic herbs, basil, rosemary, incense, chili pepper. Ingredients not only at Zero Kilometer, but at Zero Step; that is enough to guarantee authencicity and can inspire our guests’ dishes.
EXPERIENCE
Excursions to the Borromeee Island
A paradise of nature and art that stands in front of Stresa; three islands with buildings and gardens that seem to emerge from the water and surrounded by mountains. Once inhabited by fishermen, these islands became like a “wonderland” that everyone can admire today.
Sport & Fun
Thanks to its favorable potion, greenery and landscape, Lake Maggiore is truly the home of many sports: sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, golf and diving. Along the mountain trails, some of which are close to The View, you can practice trekking and cycling in order to discover the wonders of the landscape.

It’s not possible to come to Italy without thinking about shopping. Among traditional markets, factory outlets, Milan is just almost 1 hour away by train; a city in which you’ll have many opportunities to buy and take home the real “Made in Italy”.
